Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Regional Retail. We want you to love your purchase! Because our products are custom-made to order especially for you, we handle returns and refunds according to the guidelines below.

Cancelation Policy:

Because our system syncs immediately with our printing partners to ensure fast production, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes (such as size, color, or shipping address) once an order is placed. Please double-check your order and address carefully at checkout!

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect items policy:

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If your item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or if you received the wrong item entirely, we will gladly make it right at no extra cost to you.

​Timeframe: Please notify us within 14 days of the delivery date.

​How to Report: Contact our support team immediately at support@regionalretail.com.

​What to Include: Please include your Order Number and clear photos showing the issue (the damage, the print defect, or the wrong item size/label).

​Resolution: Once verified, we will issue a brand-new replacement or a full refund to your original payment method—no need to ship the defective item back to us!

Change of mind, Sizing, and Buyers Remorse Policy:

Because every item is custom-printed on demand, we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges if you:

​Ordered the wrong size or color.

​Changed your mind after the order was processed.

​Provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

​To ensure the perfect fit, we highly recommend reviewing the sizing charts provided on each product page before placing your order.

Returns:

​In the rare event that a return or exchange is explicitly authorized by our support team, we utilize a streamlined RMA process to handle it safely. Please do not mail packages back without prior approval.

​Request an RMA: Email support@regionalretail.com with your order number and the reason for your request.

​Receive Your Prepaid Label: If your return is approved, our support team will email you an official RMA Return Shipping Label. (Please note: Items must only be shipped using this provided label. Do not send items back to the manufacturer address listed on your original delivery package).

​Package Your Item: Securely pack your items unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Print out your provided RMA label, attach it to the outside of the package, and drop it off at the designated shipping carrier.

​Return Costs: Unless an item arrived defective or damaged, a flat return shipping fee of $7.50 will be deducted from your final refund to cover the cost of the prepaid label.

​Once your return is received and inspected at our headquarters, your remaining refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.
