Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Regional Retail! We work hard to get your custom orders printed and shipped to you as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines and liability terms below.

 

Delivery Dates and Estimated Timeframes:

While we provide estimated delivery windows at checkout, Regional Retail does not guarantee specific delivery dates.

​Once your custom item leaves our printing facilities, the transit time is entirely dependent on the shipping courier (such as USPS, UPS, or DHL). Factors beyond our control—including courier delays, high seasonal shipping volumes, weather events, or routing errors—can impact delivery times.

 

Shipping Liability (Lost, Stolen or Damaged packages)

Regional Retail takes great care in packaging and handing off your orders to our shipping partners. However, Regional Retail is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged while in transit or caused by the courier.

​Damaged by Courier: If your packaging arrives visibly mangled or destroyed by the carrier, resulting in a damaged product, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy to report the issue to our support team with photos within 14 days so we can assist you with a replacement claim.

​Marked as "Delivered" but Missing: If your tracking info states your package was delivered but you cannot find it, please check with neighbors, your local mail carrier, or your building's front desk. We cannot issue refunds or replacements for items that the courier verifies as successfully delivered to your provided address.

Incorrect Address and Undeliverable Packages:

Please double-check your shipping address carefully before finalizing your order. We print items exactly as the information is entered. If a package is returned to us by the courier due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item to the correct address.
